Before you can download a trial we need some information from you.

What do we need? 

As a minimum we will ask for

  • your name
  • a user or login name
  • a valid email address that you have access to

Why do we ask for these details?

We value you as a potential customer and want to ensure that we can give you the best possible service. To this end, part of the download process is to register on the Linkway® Portal. If you have already registered, you can use you existing details to continue with the download.

Once registered, you can change your password and other details on our portal by going to www.linkwayportal.com and entering your details. The portal has a wealth of information and allows you to retrieve details of all of your purchases including invoices and product keys.

If you have any reservations about giving us this information then please read our T&C and Privacy Policy first.

What happens when I download a trial

Once you have registered, we will send you a temporary password for the Linkway® Portal via email. If you have not received your temporary password after 30 minutes (see below) then please contact our support team. We ask that you login into the portal at least once and change the temporary password to one that is more memorable for you.

The trial download is a fully functioning version of SSJM but is only active for 14 days from the time of download. To use the trial you will need a valid trial activation key, which will have been emailed to your registered email address. This is the reason why we ask for a valid email that you have access to when you register.

If you do not recieve an email from us ( see below for reasons why this could happen), you can login into the Linway® Portal and view the activation key on the My Keys page.

Email problems

It can take several minutes for the email to reach you, if you have not recieved it after 30 minutes then it could have been blocked by your mail server or any spam filters that you may have. If you have previously logged into the Linkway Portal then you can check your registered email by going to My Details.
