Before you buy from us, here are a few things you should know.
Before you buy from us we require some information from you.
What do we need?
As a minimum we will ask for
- your name
- a user or login name
- a valid email address that you have access to
- a billing address
- a payment card that we accept
- VAT Registration Number (optional)
Why do we ask for these details?
We value you as a potential customer and want to ensure that we can give you the best possible service. To this end, part of the download process is to register on the Linkway® Portal. If you have already registered, you can use your existing details to continue with the checkout.
Once registered, you can change your password and other details on our portal by going to www.linkwayportal.com and entering your details. The portal has a wealth of information and allows you to retrieve details of all of your purchases including invoices and product keys.

What happens when I pay with my card?
Card payments are NOT handled by us, instead we use an industry leading, safe and secure third party. We chose Streamline (provided by the RBS) and as a result we do NOT have access to your card details. At the point that you enter your card details, you will already have been passed to Streamline secure servers. This is done for our protection as well as yours, you can rest assured that your card details are safe as only Streamline will ever see them.
The process with Streamline is simple. Select the card type you are going to use, then fill in your card details. We pass your address details to Streamline so your name and address should already be filled in, if any are not quite right then please correct them as required.
Once payment has been taken, you will be returned to our site, where you will be able to view your invoice.

Refunds
We accept that sometimes a product that you think maybe ideal for you turns out not to be quite what you wanted. To this end we offer a 14 day trial that is a fully working version of the product. As a result, we expect you to have downloaded the trtial and already assertained the suitablity of the product prior to purchasing a full version, so NO refund will be offered. By purchasing the product, you agree to this no refund policy.
When you buy SSJM
To use SSJM you will need a valid full activation key, which will have been emailed to your registered email address. This is the reason why we ask for a valid email that you have access to when you register.
If you do not recieve an email from us ( see below for reasons why this could happen), you can login into the Linkway® Portal and view the activation key on the My Keys page.
Email problems
It can take several minutes for the email to reach you, if you have not recieved it after 30 minutes then it could have been blocked by your mail server or any spam filters that you may have. If you have previously logged into the Linkway Portal then you can check your registered email by going to My Details.
